In San Clemente proper we work everything from the older beach cottages near the pier to the newer hillside homes in Talega. Each has its own habits: coastal cottages battle moisture and salt-worn trim, while newer builds bring their own punch lists as they settle. We've seen both, many times over.
North into Dana Point and Capistrano Beach, we handle a lot of exterior repaints and deck repair where the ocean is unforgiving on finishes. In San Juan Capistrano and Rancho Mission Viejo, it's more remodels and carpentry — kitchens, baths, and built-ins for growing families.
